Junior Interior Designer
Role:
Support the design team across hospitality, commercial, and private projects. Work on concept development, design documentation, and visual materials under the guidance of senior designers.
Responsibilities:

Preparing drawings and layouts
-
Assisting with concept development and material selection
-
Creating presentations and moodboards
-
Supporting FF&E and custom joinery documentation
-
Collaborating with the project team during design development
Requirements:
-
Degree in interior design, architecture
-
Up to 1–3 years of experience
-
Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe Suite
-
Basic understanding of materials, furniture, and spatial design
-
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Work model:
Hybrid, 3 days per week from the studio in Warsaw.
Senior Interior Designer
Role:
Lead interior design projects from concept through implementation, with a strong focus on hospitality and commercial interiors. Take responsibility for design quality, coordination, and client communication.
Responsibilities:

Leading concept development and design direction

Preparing and overseeing design documentation

Managing FF&E, materials, and custom joinery design

Coordinating with consultants, suppliers, and contractors

Supporting fit-out and implementation phases
-
Participating in client presentations and decision-making
Requirements:

Degree in interior design or architecture
-
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in hospitality or commercial projects

Strong spatial and material sensibility
-
Very good knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup, Vray and Adobe Suite

Experience working with contractors and real-world implementation
-
Independence, responsibility, and clear communication
